my early days started in boston when we all came together on the gazebo in the park downtown in boston and tried to imagine when we would do this and how we would put it together. two groups kind of bike for -- vied for putting off six to eight weeks. new york had taken months to come on line. there had been a lot of planning or should we start on thursday?
